This is a brief summary of what I have accomplished throughout the years.
Over 35 years in the electronics and computer industry. An independent consultant since 1987 providing network design, installation and administration services, contract programming and software development. Since 1996 I have focused much of my time in the distance education and online eLearning field.
Much of my work involved customer service, helpdesk software and operations in the field service industry. I has personally designed and delivered software such as online stock tracking, helpdesk dispatch and logistics, POS backend accounting, mail and fax servers, eBook compilers, and many small Windows productivity applications.
My corporate experience includes working for Bunker Ramo, Docutel / Olivetti, and TRW. His areas of involvement were field service, engineering R&D, technical support, field training, software engineering, programming, technical writing and classroom trainer.
