As a small business owner I provided network setup and service, programming, training, web site design and technical support to companies of all sizes. A few clients that I performed contract work for are FritoLay, Fort Worth Star Telegram, Rent-A-Center, StyroFab (Smithers-Oasis) and Burleson Honey.
In addition to serving these companies I have developed several commercial software applications. Fax Server, Email Server, online stock analysis, Email client. E-Book compiler with accessibility for the blind and physically impaired.
Most recent projects included work for:
Talking Communities as a consultant for software design for a voice conferencing platform. In addition I assisted in writing documentation, end user training and technical support and conference planning and facilitation.
PCSOS I provided reverse logistical support for return of computer parts to manufactures from satellite offices across the United States.

Senior Systems Programmer 1981 – 1990
During my employment at TRW I provided technical support, phone and onsite, to a nationwide network of engineers, held training classes on Novell, Unix, and computer equipment maintenance, wrote technical service manuals. Once in the programming department I was on a team that developed a complete Help Desk / Dispatch application which is still in use today.

Responsibilities included overseeing R&D, Engineering, QA, technical writers and marketing departments to ensure product reliability and serviceability. Conducted technical training for third party service organizations. I setup, managed and presented at trade shows throughout the United States. While there, I designed a database application to track service and reliability of products delivered.

Sonar Technician Sep 65 – Aug 69
I served as a lead sonar technician, in charge of a group of twelve other people who serviced the electronic equipment associated with the ships sonar systems. After serving fifteen months in Viet Nam I was honorably discharged.
